Okay, this is my challenge. It puts 8 pictures on a layout, but still leaves lots of white space! And since white space is not something we normally like to do . . . . I thought it was a good combination of taking us slightly out of our comfort zone, but still giving us a bit of a break from the last couple of tough ones! Thanks of course to the CK website.

Challenge for the week of September 21-27

For those of you not travelling, here is my idea for this week.... I'll probably be the one that finds it the most difficult.

Using as many photos as you need, and depending upon the size of photos you choose, create two or more rows of stacked building blocks (per page). The individual blocks shouldn't be totally photos, but should include some plain coloured paper so it doesn't look too busy. It is up to you whether you put animals or a letter of the alphabet on your blocks - you may choose to spell something with the letters on your blocks instead of putting a title on the page (your choice).

If you think two pages of building block towers is too much ~ you can make a mobile with your blocks on the right page (like you would hang over a baby's crib).

Challenge for the week of September 14th to the 20th

Carrie - "Al issued a couple challenges. Even I won't be doing the first one. He suggested scrapbooking a layout 500 miles from home. fun.n.e.e.e

He has never liked my square corners so another suggestion is rounded corners. The pictures have to work for this, although I do forget to consider it."

How about I "enhance" Dad's suggestion for a challenge. Next week use "round" in your layout. I'm not sure we all have corner rounders so his is not necessarily the easiest idea. So... you could "round your corners" as Dad suggested, or you could use a piece of paper with a round pattern on it, round stickers, brads or eyelets, cut a picture into a circle or oval shape, etc... the possibilities are endless! ;)

This week, let's think round.

Happy Scrapping,
Laura
