March Challenges

Challenge #1

Anita:
I liked the rolled book pages so decided to cut old dictionary pages into 4, ink the bottoms pink and roll them like tubes to create a "skirt" for the dress form.  The brush of colour in the bottom right corner of the mood board looked like a pastel sage green to me and I liked the combination of grey matting with the pink and sage colours.

Carrie:
I mostly read the words and this sentiment described February for me, not January.  I thought grey and added a bit of pink. 

Marlene:
I found this one difficult so went on to Challenge #2 then went back to this one.  I used the words, books, torn, and wanted to used pink and flowers.

Marion: 
Marion didn't choose a challenge for this layout but I thought that her use of grey tones lent  itself to this one.
